Pawz One Presents “Out of Bounds” with Ras Kass and MC Eiht

Below, we’ve got the latest from West Coast artist Pawz One, the fiery “Out of Bounds.” The song, which features Ras Kass and MC Eiht, features the trio calling out those who’ve gentrified Compton and LA as a whole. It does so with a thumping beat and hard-hitting lyricism, opting to not make a love song about their home but a rally against those who try to push Black and Brown faces out of their own homes.

It’s also a track about how harsh things can get, with lines that allude to how people here sometimes kill their heroes (and wouldn’t think twice about messing up an out-of-towner who comes at them wrong). It’s a gritty look at Compton, but one that still has love within it. You can tell this group of artists love Compton and the West and want to preserve their history.
