Queen Drie Wants to Free Us from Our Various “Addictions”

A free-flowing freestyle, “Addiction” reminds me of a mix between Lauryn Hill and Bone Thugs N Harmony. I think it’s because of the mix between gospel, conscious rap and double-time flows. Either way, it’s an incredible song, because it’s catchy, but also thought-provoking. In other words, it’s perfect for the SOTB Faithful. Don’t let addictions to drugs, alcohol or sex cloud your judgement. I’m not saying “hey, don’t ever turn up.” However, I am saying “don’t turn up with substances and sex every single day just because.” Check out the track below and remember to support dope music in all its forms.
