Named after the hypothetical set of conditions needed to spawn life on Earth, UK rappers Fliptrix and King Kashmere present a track that’s two-pronged in its purpose. It acts as a return for Fliptrix and as an introduction to him to new audiences. The video takes us back to where Flip and Kashmere started and allows them to “unpack the universe” within their rhymes. The beat’s also a thing of beauty, as it’s pretty boombap-friendly but has enough thump to it that you can ride around your city blasting it out the windows. Producer Pitch 92 put his proverbial foot in this one, as there’s just an incredible chop, sample and thump to it all.

I love tracks like this, but not just because I started my journey as a rapper as a BARS-heavy artist. I just love the purity that comes from two artists plying their craft over soulful beats.
