Love can make you do some wild things. Getting tongue-tied and not being able to express that love is one of those things. I’ve been there and, apparently, so has Elias Tebroke. Tebroke, a twenty-five-year-old singer/songwriter/instrumentalist from Cologne, Germany, soulfully sings about this issue on “Fresh Like You.” The multitalented artist bounces between pop, soul, jazz, funk and even a bit of boombap on “Fresh” to tell the story of a person who can’t find the way to say “I love you” to his partner.
