Happy Friday! I hope your holiday was cool, even if you didn’t celebrate Thanksgiving outright. It’s nice to be around family and friends and reflect on the things that are great within our world(s). But today, it’s back to the grind for me. What does that mean for you, SOTB Faithful? Well, it’s Friday…so that means only one thing: a new Quickies. This “Black Friday” edition of Quickies won’t get you that extra-large QLED TV you’ve been eyeing since two weeks ago. However, the songs will give you a rush like buying things from Amazon (or your local small business retailer). Check out the playlist and two songs that aren’t in the playlist but deserve props–the lyrical exercises of Ace Matayo on “Outside” and the intricate and introspective raps of Sulu and Excelsior on “Run and Hide”–and support dope music in all its forms.
Also, don’t buy too much stuff–unless, you know, you get something for me. Running a site and writing my butt off doesn’t come cheap, at all.
Hey, sorry, where is the link to the quickies playlist? Thanks!

Hi Steven, it should be in the beginning of the post. Here’s the direct link: https://open.spotify.com/playlist/12pkXFMVPpLA9AqrY2CdCh. For all Quickies starting with Volume 58, you can find them through my artist page (https://open.spotify.com/artist/0C3ziAfaMuVMrEWWX5lqqm/playlists)

Thanks! You may want to post the link at the beginning or, better yet, hyperlink it if you want folks to see without scrolling down to the comments. Thanks again. Cool list!
