An anthemic track, “Sashimi” finds NYC artist Double A.B. and his producer for this one, Git Beats, traversing what makes NYC unlike many cities in the world. The song’s slightly NSFW visuals (view here) feature A.B. in the back of the Raw Like Sushi restaurant surrounded by scenes of beautiful women, good drinks, good food and–of course–a healthy helping of Japanese-centric dishes. That’s to be expected, since the song serves as the anthem for the restaurant. Additionally, the bars here are great and top-tier and they’re paired with a gruff-but-chilled delivery and flow. “Sashimi” appears on A.B.’s Devils and Drugs album (stream here via Bandcamp).
