Rachel Phillipp Presents “Patient”

Rachel Phillipp’s “Patient” is described as “an honest love song you can vibe out to on Valentine’s Day.” I couldn’t think of a better way to describe it. Sonically, it reminds me of a mix between Ariana Grande and a happy Alessia Cara. Lyrically, it’s about, well, giving thanks to your partner for being patient with you. I’m here for that. Sometimes, you’ve got to give thanks to your person/significant other/dude/shawty/love of your life for dealing with you even when you seem a bit off-kilter. I mean, they don’t really love you if they’re not able to stomach you when you’re at your worse. That is, of course, unless you’re always at your worst. At that point, seek help and save yourself and your person the anguish. Anywho, before I come off as more judgmental of others than I tend to be, check out “Patient” below and support dope music in all its forms.
