I listened to this one and was immediately grabbed by the autotuned harmonies and the concept of the song. If you’ve been through a crappy breakup (or, more specifically, a crappy almost breakup), “flames” should speak to you. The production is a mix of mainstream sounds, a bit of cloud rap and something you could’ve heard Kid Cudi on at some point during his music career. In other words, it lives up to its alternative billing, both sonically and lyrically. If what I’ve said intrigues you, check out “flames” above and do the thing: support dope music in all its forms.
