If you missed Mack Scott’s Free Mack, he’s in the process of finalizing a deluxe edition of the collection for later this month. The first track he dropped from the album is “Time,” a smooth, Curren$y-channeling track. I say that he channels Curren$y the most here because the beat feels like Curren$y would’ve utilized it. Also, Scott is, like a young Spitta, wise beyond his years.

Here, we find the Baltimore rhymesmith giving gems on top of gems. He spits his “I pimp the game” bars right alongside lines about how time is money and money takes time. “Time,” produced by Bvtman, is a lush track which highlights Mack’s methodical flow and penchant for giving great punchlines and even better life lessons. Check out the track below via Bandcamp and remember to support dope music in all its forms.
