Aylin Discusses a Past Relationship on “No Problem”

On a song that sounds a bit like Summer Walker, a bit like Cassie and a bit like Syd, Aylin’s “No Problem” is a breakup/maybe-we-should-give-it-another-try song. It’s one that got my attention because it’s got some smooth, emotional vocals to it. Additionally, I love her honest and earnest songwriting because let’s face it–everyone has that one who got away/that one they let walk out because of whatever reason. Sometimes they’re meant to chase and sometimes they’re meant to learn from.

In this case, she wants them back, possibly because she misses her ex and partly because she doesn’t realize how much she cared until they left. This one has another layer to it, as it was writing during lockdown when everyone felt isolated and alone. That’s even if you’re a bit of a loner naturally. That isolation helped make this song that much better, to me, because it (once again) comes from an honest place. Check out the track above and remember to support dope music in all its forms.
