Chulo, Latto and MoneyBagg Yo Say “I’m Sorry” to the Haters

Little known SOTB Fact of the Day: Moneybagg Yo and Latto are two of my favorite newer artists. That’s mainly because they both can rap better than you’d expect from newer artists (if you’re just listening to the radio). You can always depend on one or both of them to have a quotable per song. It’s also been great to see Latto’s growth as an artist from her YouTube and JD-aided debuts to the young woman she is right now.

That’s probably why they were recruited by Miami artist Chulo on the braggadocios “I’m Sorry.”

Over a booming piano-and-bass beat, the trio let it be known that they’re here to get checks, regardless of what a hater says or does. I’m a big fan of this one because it blends melodic rap, braggy-but-truthful lyrics and hard-hitting lyricism. In other words, it understood the assignment. Check it out below and support dope music in all its forms.
