Ryan LaCour Wants to Go Back on “Used Too”

Over a melancholy guitar-heavy instrumental, Dallas-by-way-of-Shreveport artist Ryan LaCour channels artists such as Chris Brown on his latest track. The song is about a relatable topic: getting back to basics in love (and getting back to the love two people once shared). Sonically, the song reminds me of a mix between “Warm Embrace” and Justin Bieber’s latest cuts. It’s soulful, has a lot of volume to its lyrics and is one of those songs you can play with your special someone and get back to where you were. I like it, plain and simple. It’s a heckuva track to get this Monday round of SOTBMusic started. Check it out below and support dope music in all its forms.
