Danny Cliff’s “Gianna” Speaks of Summer Love

I like this one because, even though we’re like a month out from Winter in the US, this song feels like summer. Summer is one of my favorite times of the year (mainly because, while hot, it’s when baseball season is in full gear). It’s one of those tracks that speaks on summer love, moments in the sun and other “joyful experiences.” I’m here for that sort of energy, as it keeps us in good spirits as the days get shorter. Sonically, it’s like a mix of Afro R&B, contemporary R&B and a dash of pop. Imagine Burna Boy collaborating with a pop producer (though I’m blanking on names right now) and you’ve got “Gianna.” This one’s a great song, so check it out above and support dope music in all its forms.
