Sophia Patsalides Presents the Multilayered “Beautiful Ghost”

Multilayered in its vocals and its approach to modern R&B, Sophia Patsalides’ “Beautiful Ghost” brings to mind, vocally, artists like SZA, Billie Eilish and Alessia Cara. Lyrically, it’s kind of within the same wheelhouse as the layered vocals speak on trying to keep up with a lover who seems to be moving on without Sophia. This is mainly because of the singer/songwriter’s hang-ups about relationships and getting close to people. This causes her to, in some ways, fade out of the relationship she’s building. It’s an ingenious song, one that neither overdramatizes the situation nor overstays its welcome. Check it out below, check out Sophia’s discography on DSPs and support dope music in all its forms.
